WHO IS DYNAMIC

Dynamic Portfolio Limited ("Dynamic" or "the Company") was incorporated on 8th June, 1993 as a private limited Liability Company to provide personalised financial and investment advisory services to meet the specific needs of its select clientele. Accordingly, the Company obtained The Nigerian Stock Exchange license as a Dealing Member, and was duly registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as Issuing House and Broker/Dealer. The company also was licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to engage in finance company business under the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Decree (Decree No. 25 of 1991). The Company's authorised and fully paid up share capital is N500 million and effort is being made to meet and surpass the new recapitalisation requirement by SEC.
